For some reason I'm suddenly feeling a lot better, perhaps due to resting for some of the morning, at least from around 9am - 1pm.

Lu was feeling very tired prior to that, and despite having a painful stomach ache I kept an eye on Amélie from around 6am - 9pm. Yep, she woke up around 5am, and then slept on and off until 6am.

I think I've strained some muscles with the vomiting. I've got this terrible pain in all the diodes down my left-hand side, which feels like someone's kicked me in the left shoulder. I have still got some stomach pain, but I feel vaguely human again.

Anyway, I've mown the lawn (for the first time since last year), and tidied up a bit. The lawn (which we only have in the back garden) is getting kinda odd. It's part shaded, and seems to suffer from drainage problems. Because of that there's huge patches of moss growing, and the lower half has become uneven, with all the mud that moved around at a guess.

I'm down to 103.5kg, which is 6.5kg down from the 110kg I've hit over the last few months. This is all due to being ill, although I'm sure to put on at least 1 or 2kg when I start eating again.

Much like Joe in this clip I always have these great plans when I come out of the end of feeling ill. The current plans are to lose more weight and learn the guitar. Will I? Will I bollocks. At least I mowed the grass.

Now I'm sitting out in the garden and actually able to capitalise on the great weather that started yesterday.

At least you mowed the grass, and hey, doesn't mowing the grass count as exercise anyway?

With the size of our garden... probably not. It's a start maybe :-D

my lawn is part shaded and sloped too. I struggle getting the mower back up the slope once I get it down there, as my mower is so heavy. At least you got to sit out in it

My Dad has a petrol mower because he can't push the thing around any more, although they have a lot of lawn. The downside is the damn thing seems to need servicing every year, which he always leaves too late.

Yep, it is good to have so much free time. I mustn't complain about that!
