A Good Day to Die Hard (2013). Directed by John Moore. The film starts in Russia, where high ranking politician Viktor Chagarin has had a government whistleblower Yuri Komarov put in prison. Komarov has incriminating evidence on Chagarin but refuses to say where it is. Meanwhile Jack McClane (Jai Courtney) walks into a Russian nightclub and shoots someone with a connection to Komarov. I didn't find A Good Day to Die Hard an awful film per se, but neither did I find it a good one. About the best I can say is that the story does move along but I didn't feel much of anything for the characters within nor did I find the story that engaging. For desperate action fans I would think. 2/5 (Poor)
