Film Review: Chernobyl Diaries (2012)
Chernobyl Diaries (2012). Directed by Bradley Parker. The film starts with a group of young US tourists travelling across Europe. They end up in Moscow, and looking for unusual things to do they opt for a shady tour of Prypiat, the town next to Chernobyl. Chernobyl Diaries did little for me - it's derivative horror with next to no story. The first hour of the film is particularly dull with little action, but then the "action packed" last half hour mostly involves running around dull concrete buildings (irony noted) being chased by people with big heads. If it sounds like your sort of thing based on that description then go for it. 1/5 (Awful)
